the ERASMUS/SOCRATES Programme of the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University (1990-2009), and Coordinator of the Erasmus Programme in FDUL (since 2009). Visiting Professor and Invited Speaker in Universities and similar institutions in Portugal and abroad. Member of several Commissions charged by the Government to prepare legislation.

Hannover | Professor Bernd Oppermann

He holds the LL.M. degree from U. of California, received a Ph.D. from the University of Frankfurt, and his habilitation from University of Hamburg for research in private law, civil procedure, business law, and legal theory. More recent publications concern competition law and comparative law. He has lectured at several European and Asian universities. For his European activities and project coordination he has received the titles Dr. h.c. from University of Rouen and Prof. h.c. from UMCS at Lublin.

Rouen | Professor Marine Toullier

Senior Lecturer at Rouen University, mostly on European Protection of Human Rights, European Union Litigation and European Convention on Human Rights litigation, Legal Methodology (Erasmus Mundus students), Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, Freedoms and liberties. Extensive teaching abroad, namely in the Consortium universities, but also in Italian universities (she is a trilingual French, English and Italian).

Vilnius | Professor Regina Valutytė

Former Vice-Dean of the Faculty Law (for international relations and international studies), former academic coordinator of Erasmus+, Nordplus, Senior lawyers and mobility programmes, principal coordinator of Nordplus law network (20 partners), coordinator of double degree Master programme in EU Law and Governance and joined degree doctoral program RUCHIN, member of selection committee in EM Partnership for Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova. Associate professor, teaching international and EU law topics (international public law, international protection of human rights, EU foreign policy and external relations). Her academic interests range from public international law with particular focus on human rights, to EU law in particular state liability issues.

Professor of Criminal Law and Bioethics. Research interests include system of criminal justice, youth criminality, organized criminality and prosecution service systems. Has published, namely (in portuguese), “Public Prosecutor: Constitutional Dimension and Impact in Criminal Procedure” (2003); “Abortion for Fetal Anomalies” (2003); “Doctor-Patient Relationship: Old Barriers and New Borders” (2010).

PhD, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, 2008. He focuses on WTO Law, International Trade Remedies, Competition Law and Policy, International Dispute Settlement.
Visiting Lecturer, School of Law, Singapore Management University (2011-2012) and Adjunct Professor, Programme of International Trade, Bristol Law School, University of West England, UK (since 2011). Practicing lawyer.
Recently has published Anti-Dumping Policy and Law of Vietnam: A Critical Analysis From Integration And Competition Policy Perspectives, Lambert Academic Publishing.
