There is a strong mentors system implemented at the university. Every incoming student is able to get their own mentor – local volunteer student – from the beginning of the stay. Mentors help exchange students to adapt to their environment by providing their support in all the necessary fields. ESN MRU Vilnius section holds various activities and trips organized specially for exchange students.
Students are free to use all the university facilities such as sport facilities, canteens, and libraries to the same extent as local students. They are welcome to participate in the large variety of events taking place at the University.

The EU students of Mykolas Romeris University must obtain the European Health Insurance Card. As for incoming students from third countries, they are obliged to acquire a health insurance valid in the Republic of Lithuania (E-111/E128 form) which is provided in the website of the University from the private insurance company (with a help from the University).
The students residence “students house” is 5 minutes away on foot from the main University building. Rooms are shared by two or three students and have Internet access. There is one meeting room, working room and two common use kitchens in each floor. Laundry room is also available for international students without extra charge. Monthly rent of a place in a room is 85€ – 100 €. Students are required to pay for the accommodation in advance for the entire semester at their arrival or during the introductory week.

Cafeteria at the “Students house” offers meals at a very low price, from 16:00 to 22:00, every day. Breakfast and lunch are available in several cafeterias and a dining room located in the main building of the MRU.
Average price for meal: 2,5 € – 5 € in any of University canteens, 5 €– 10 € in the city center.
