General Council: ensures all strategic decisions and acts as the governing structure of the consortium. It is comprised of a representative of each degree-awarding partner, and meets 4 to 6 times per year.

Steering Committee: manages the implementation of the General Council´s decisions. Currently, Prof. V. Pereira da Silva (Lisbon), Prof. B. Oppermann (Hannover), Prof. M. Toullier (Rouen) and Prof. R. Valutyte (Vilnius) are the members of this Committee.

Consortium Coordinator: is responsible for day-to-day matters, including management of administrative and financial aspects, possible complaints of students. Currently, it is University of Lisbon, represented by Prof. V. Pereira da Silva.

Pedagogical Board: is an advisory body responsible for assessing innovative pedagogic principles and practices. It is composed of one representative from each Partner and meets 4 to 6 times per year.

Advisory Board: is composed of outstanding legal experts in their fields and meets once a year.
