“Modulomonde” office provides a big range of services for international students, including assistance concerning University residencies, two weeks intensive French Course, individual planning, orientation, medical support and cultural, sport and social activities.

All students enrolling in Rouen University must pay the Securité sociale. (190 euro/year). This compulsory insurance covers part of health expenses. It can be completed by an additional insurance, which is not compulsory.
